In 1987, Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company was established. The predecessor of Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company was Minh Hung Plastic Base. When newly established, the company specialized in manufacturing and supplying household plastic products and uPVC pipes.

In the early 20s of the 20th century, with the policy of opening up the economy, Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company has strongly upgraded equipment and new technology to produce and supply uPVC, HDPE, and HDPE pipes. High quality pipe fittings and glue for water supply and drainage, electricity, post and telecommunications, industrial and civil construction.

On September 17, 1997, Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company was officially established and operated under company law.

In January 2001, Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company was granted ISO 9002:1994 quality management system certification by the center. And January 2009 has converted to ISO 9001:2008 version. Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company is currently a member of ISO Vietnam club and a member of Ho Chi Minh City Quality Association.

On September 17, 2010, Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company officially transformed into Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company.

Over the years, Minh Hung plastic brand has received a series of certificates and valuable awards such as the award of high quality Vietnamese goods for many years in a row, the Vietnamese brand gold cup, the Vietnam Gold Star award, the Vietnamese brand name Vietnam's international economic integration, ... Many of the company's products won gold medals and certificates of merit for quality at domestic and international fairs.

Minh Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company was honored by ASEAN Plastic Industry Federation as one of the top 60 typical enterprises of Southeast Asia. The above successes are thanks to Minh Hung always applying the policy "Quality is the foundation - reasonable price - attentive service".
